With a record number of women in the workforce and two-thirds of women functioning as the primary or co-bread winners, equal pay for women is critical to Florida's economic security. Join us for this dynamic panel discussion as we tackle issues of unequal pay, the history and current state of the Equal Rights Amendment in Florida, its impact on local and state economies, and potential legislative and executive actions to close the gender pay gap in Florida.
